1. Add ice in the clear zip bag with NO holes that came with your pack . (Close the zip bag if you don't want water dripping on your back. Open the zip bag about 1/2 inch if you want water dripping on your back).
2. Place the zip bag in the backpack and close the zipper.
3. Lower your jersey zipper to you lower chest and hook the backpack to your back jersey.
4. Close your jersey to secure the backpack in place.
